Bloceks sites.

You blocked my sites without warning today after the switch to the new system. These sites had been active for the past five years. They are landing pages for ads. I started losing money—and would have continued to do so had I not noticed the issue by chance. I am losing out because I’m not getting any new sign-ups. The AI is giving me conflicting information: first claiming it was Meta and Google, then saying it was an error, and finally admitting it was actually your doing. It is scandalous to treat a customer who has been with you for 15 years this way.

I’m very sorry this happened, especially given how long you’ve been with us and the impact on your active campaigns. The issue has now been fixed and your pages have been restored. It was caused by a miscommunication between parts of our old and new systems during the transition. Having active pages affected this way, without a clear explanation, is not the experience we want to provide. We’re taking this seriously and working to make these transition cases more reliable going forward.
