What's a problem in your funnel you've given up trying to fix?

Ranked by reactionsWhat is the freebie and what problem does it solve? Maybe it’s too good and solves the problem they have in the first place?
Joe, I can help you with that. Freebie is when you get the free trial, it gives you with full access to the plan you choose. You have conversion-optimized templates, a no-code drag-and-drop builder, built-in conversion tools, and unlimited traffic and leads. That is actually good when you consider the free trial. I think what you can take from this is that It helps small businesses, marketers, and creators turn website visitors into leads and customers without hiring designers or developers. They can build and test real pages before they pay anything.
Good question. Mine is the thank-you page after an opt-in. The opt-in page itself converts fine. But the step right after, where I offer a low-cost upsell or ask people to book a call, barely gets clicks. I've changed the headline, tried a video vs. no video, made the offer cheaper, moved the button above the fold, and even cut the page down to one line and a button. Nothing really moved. What I've ruled out so far: It's not traffic quality, because the same leads open and click the welcome email just fine It's not the design, since both a clean version and a busy version performed about the same It's not the price, because dropping it didn't change much My theory now is that it's a timing problem. People just said yes to a freebie, and they're not ready for a second ask that fast. Next I want to try pushing the offer to email two or three instead of showing it right away. Has anyone had better luck skipping the offer on the thank-you page completely?
The one I keep circling is the jump from a podcast episode to a page. Someone hears the link on air, means to visit, and by the time they're off the treadmill it's gone. My hunch is that gap is bigger than any of us measure, because nobody has a clean number on it. Track Limits is moving to Leadpages, so I'm about to find out. Has anyone here put a real number on podcast-to-page, and what moved it?
