Wow, is 2023 over already? It really is true—time flies when you’re having fun!

It was another banner year for Leadpages. Our team added some exciting new features to our platform, our users continued to amaze us with their accomplishments, and we connected with some inspiring entrepreneurs.

Here are the highlights from 2023.

Our users crushed it

Customer Stats

People say that entrepreneurship is hard—but this year our users made it look easy. Just check out some of the stats achieved by people using Leadpages:

  • 791,351 assets created
  • 65,603,277 conversions
  • 16.22% average landing page conversion rate

As you can see, our users were busy this year! We’re honored to be a part of so many entrepreneurs’ journeys and look forward to seeing these numbers improve even more next year.

We turned 10!

Leadpages 10 Years

This year, Leadpages celebrated its tenth anniversary. Since launching in 2013, we’ve been lucky enough to work with over 434,000 entrepreneurs and have enjoyed every second of it.

While our product and services have evolved over the years, our mission has stayed the same—to make entrepreneurship and lead generation easier for everyone, whether you’re a digital marketing pro or a complete beginner.

We summed up the top ten insights we’ve learned after ten years in business if you’re looking for some online business advice.

Leadpages became artificially intelligent

Ai Feature

ChatGPT wasn’t the only big AI story in 2023. We also added AI Engine to our platform to make it easier than ever for our users to create high-converting landing pages.

It all started with Headline Swap, which allowed Leadpages users to quickly generate brand-new headlines with a single click of their mouse.

We weren’t done there though, and later in the year we added Writing Assistant and Image Generator. Now you can write copy for your entire landing page and generate custom images in seconds.

Leadpages users are loving the new technology and we look forward to more advancements in AI in the coming years.

We teamed up with Adsense

Google Adsense

Our team is always looking for new revenue streams for our users, so when the opportunity to work with Google Adsense came along we jumped at the opportunity.

Now Leadpages users can display Google Ads on their website, giving them another way to monetize their web traffic. The best part is Google does all the hard work. Ads are automatically designed to suit a site’s unique audience and placed where they’ll get the most clicks.

It’s safe to say that making money with Leadpages has never been easier.

We launched a new coaching program

Og Project Ignite

It’s no secret that Leadpages is all about helping entrepreneurs get leads for their businesses. For years we’ve been creating templates and tools to do just that—but this year we wanted to take it one step further.

Could we actually guarantee people leads if they joined Leadpages?

We created our 10 Leads in 60 Days program to find out. Users worked with one of our experts for 60 days, and if they didn’t reach their goal we gave them their money back.

So, how did it work out? Altogether, participants generated nearly 3,000 leads, with one user achieving an astonishing 388 leads in just 60 days.

Exciting changes are coming to this program in 2024, so stay tuned!

We gave back to our communities

Chairty Events

We’re passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve their business goals—but we also love giving back to our local communities. This year was no different, as we volunteered both our time and money to many awesome causes.

Here’s a quick rundown:

  • We hosted our first Career Exploration Program for Brooklyn Center High School Students
  • Leadpages matched all employee donations to local LGBTQIA2S+ organizations during Pride Month, including Point of Pride, LGBTQ Freedom Fund, and Human Rights Campaign.
  • Our Victoria, BC team volunteered at Our Place Society, a community center that serves those struggling with homelessness, mental illness, and substance abuse.
  • Our team participated once again in  Give to the Max Day, an annual event that raises money for Minnesota charities and non-profits. This year our team donated to a number of local organizations, specifically the schools our employees’ kids go to. The impact was doubled with our corporate match.

We made time for fun

Fun Events

Here at Leadpages, we believe in a people-first culture. So, while we put in a lot of hours to create an awesome experience for our users, we also made sure to carve out some time for team-building activities.

This year, In addition to the regular lunches, impromptu gatherings, and friendly games of ping pong, we attended a Minnesota Twins game and a Minnesota Loons game, went snorkeling, tried bouldering, and held some rocking holiday parties.

Some of our Minnesota team members also got to travel to the Redbrick headquarters in Victoria, BC for their annual Leaders Summit, which included guest speakers, kayaking, and even a painting lesson!

We grew our team

In order to keep bringing our users new and exciting innovations, we need to hire the right people. This year, we continued to grow our family by adding 10 new team members.

This year’s new additions are Sarah Brewer (Technical Support Specialist), Faith Paré (Technical Support Specialist), Kassy Dishlevoy (Technical Support Specialist), Ian Efford (Customer Onboarding Specialist), Daniel Intermill (Customer Success Manager), Ruslan Bagauov (Software Engineer II), Jordan Kearns (Customer Onboarding Specialist), Shane Mottishaw (Senior Software Developer I), Kristen Dergousoff (Software Engineer II), and Stacy Dally (Product Marketing Manager Marketing).

Interested in joining our team? We’re always looking for new and talented people. Check out our current job postings for more information.

We visited with entrepreneurs and business partners from around the country

Don’t get us wrong, we love our offices in Minneapolis and Victoria, but every now and then we like to get out, talk to entrepreneurs, learn new things, and spread the word about Leadpages. We attended some awesome events in 2023, including:

  • MnSearch, St. Paul MN
  • WebinarCon, Orlando FL
  • Gainsight Pulse, San Francisco, CA
  • Open Source North, St. Paul MN
  • Google Cloud Next, San Francisco, CA

We look forward to connecting with more entrepreneurs and potential business partners in 2024!
