[cta-box] Hey, this is Jeff Wenberg from LeadPages. One of the key ways to having a profitable business is to capitalize on every opportunity you can that could provide profit for your company. Chinese Military General Sun Tzu said opportunities multiply as they’re ceased. Author Orison Swett Marden said don’t wait for extraordinary opportunities. Cease common occasions and make them great. And finally, Greek orator Demosthenes said small opportunities are often the beginning of great enterprises. So why am I quoting these older historic people? Because capturing little opportunities can lead to big results. At LeadPages, we’d like to provide as many profit opportunities for your businesses as possible. With that in mind, we have two brand new templates available inside of LeadPages. They were designed to capture what were for a lot of people missed opportunities to profit. The first template available is the sold out page template. When launches or webinars are over with, there’s usually a lot of traffic still going to these pages from everyone that promotes it, and typically, that becomes wasted traffic. Now with this template, you can capture their email and when you do another launch or host another Webinar, have a similar product or an affiliate product they’d be interested in, you have the opportunity to now email them about it whereas before, they just come to a close page and the opportunity was wasted. The best part about this is you can use it for anything that’s closed or sold out. If you’re a real estate agent, for example, and someone clicks to a link to a house you’ve already sold, they’d come to this page where they could sign up to be informed when you have a similar listing. As another example, if you were a car dealership, when someone clicks on a link to a car you’ve already sold, you could direct them here to be informed about when you get another one in. It’s really powerful and has a ton of applications. Now if they opt-in, you know they wanted to buy so you basically have a list of buyers waiting for your product. This is a huge opportunity for you. Now this page is also mobile responsive so it adjust to whatever size screen you have and it’s very easy to customize. Let’s talk a look at how to edit this template. If you’re not a LeadPages customer. you will need to be a coder or hire a coder to make the downloadable templates below work. You’ll need to download the HTML and CSS below and modify them using your coding skills or the coder you’ve hired. You’ll integrate it with your auto responder and WordPress, etcetera. You’ll get your landing page code you’ve generated and then publish the page. Now if you are a LeadPages customer, let’s take a look at how easy it is to edit this template. Under templates, find the sold out page template, select use this template. To change anything, just click on it and edit the text in the box on the left. You can change the colors of the various boxes and texts as well as the font you’d like to have. If you’d like to let people know when your next launch or webinar will be, you can set up the timer here. Now you can find your time zone at greenwichmeantime.com to convert it to your time zone and get it all dialed in correctly. And a quick note here. You may not see these changes immediately, but they will be there according to what you put in the box here. If you’d like to disable the countdown timer altogether, click on it, and then select hidden. To sync with your auto responder, first, just select which service you’d like to use, for example, AWeber, Infusionsoft, MailChimp or whatever you use, then select the form you’d like to integrate with, and you can do this all without having to log in to your account, getting the code, and copying, and pasting and all the stuff. It’s all here for you to easily select. If you wanted to change your logo, you could change that here. To change any text, just click on it and edit accordingly, and then when you’re done editing, just click on save to my pages, name the page, then with the click of a button, you can publish this page through our servers, publish it to WordPress, publish it to Facebook as a Facebook tab, or finally, you can download the file and put it on your own server. Now let’s take a look at the other template we have available. A lot of entrepreneurs have quite a few domain names they’re holding on to for various reasons. Some are just good URLs, others are old business projects, but generally, what happens is there’s nothing published on these domains, so if by chance someone wanted to purchase your domain or get in contact with you about something, there’s usually no way for them to do that because it’s usually just a blank page or it’s just a static page from the registrar company. Either way, you’re leaving money on the table. The domain for sale template solves that problem. You can now add this to all your unused domains and just create one and duplicate it across them all to create potential profits out of them. Our co-founder Clay recently had this template up on one of his domains and sold it for $500. It’s not a ton of money, but for doing nothing other than having this template on his domain that’s a pretty good chunk of change. Another possibility for this template is if you have content on your website or your web page that either moves or gets disconnected, you could use this template to put up there and redirect the traffic to wherever you want them to go so the traffic is not wasted. This template is also mobile responsive so it adjust according to the screen that you’re on. Let’s take a look at how to edit this template. [0:05:00] If you’re a non LeadPages customer like before, you will need to be a coder or hire a coder to edit this template. You’ll need to download the HTML and CSS below and modify them using your coding skills or the coder you’ve hired. You’ll need to integrate with your server or WordPress or however you plan to publish it, get your landing page code, and then publish the page. Now if you are a LeadPages customer, let’s take a look at how easy it is to edit this template. In the template section, find the domain for sale template and click use this template. The domain for sale template is pretty straightforward. You can adjust the colors and font if you’d like. Just click on something to change in, enter the URL. If you have a different picture you’d like to swap this with select that here, change the text accordingly, and save to your pages, and name the page, and then you’ll have the same publishing options as before. These two templates are immediately available for LeadPages customers. If you’re not a LeadPages customer and you’d like to be, just check out the link below this video. I’m Jeff Wenberg.
