Leadpages’ main mission has always been to help small businesses collect leads and eventually turn them into customers with landing pages and websites that are code-free, easy to build, and professional-looking.

But what happens after you collect your leads is just as important as collecting them in the first place. They need to be easy to access and secure in order for you to connect with them in a meaningful way.

Until now, we’d send you an email letting you know when you won a new lead. We even required you to export your leads into a spreadsheet and only allowed you to do so by individual page. It worked—but it wasn’t the best way to do things.

Today, we’re excited to introduce a new feature: Leads Library. It’s going to make your leads data easier to access so you can focus more on connecting with your leads and less on the technical challenges that can come with it.

Here’s what’s new:

Everything in one place

Before, you would have to download your leads in .CSV format from the page or campaign that captured them. If you were running multiple campaigns, you’d have multiple spreadsheets filled with leads. The Leads Library feature puts all of your leads—from landing pages, websites, pop ups—into one place. That keeps things super simple.

Safe and secure

It doesn’t happen very often, but occasionally one of our third-party integrations will experience a crash or interruption in service. If your leads are tied to that integration, it could be difficult or impossible to access them. The Leads Library feature keeps your leads safe, regardless of what integrations you may be using. So you’ll always have access to them inside Leadpages. Plus, you can STILL download them as .CSV files if you wish.

No need for a CRM or ESP

Many small businesses use a CRM (customer relationship management platform) or an ESP (email service provider) because of how easy they make managing leads, but not necessarily because they have a large volume of leads to manage. That’s an extra expense that small business owners shouldn’t need to take on. Leads Library makes it so much easier to sift through, find, and connect with your leads, so you may not even need to use any additional pricey tools or integrations. It’s all right there inside Leadpages.

Better understand the quality of a lead

Spreadsheets are great for formulas and managing large amounts of data. But they don’t really express information in a way that’s fast or easy to understand. With Leads Library, you’ll be able to see key details about your lead—like name, title, email address, and any other form field input you’ve collected—in a clean, easy-to-follow interface instead of a confusing, multi-thousand cell spreadsheet.

Searchable

Looking for leads from a specific campaign? Type it in the search bar. Trying to find leads from a certain time period? Look it up. Wondering how many of your leads are named Alfred? We’re not sure why you would—but as long as it was a form field input, you’ll be able to find it.

A final note on the Leads Library

Your leads are as important to us as they are to you. Being able to access them in a way that’s easy, keeps your data secure, and doesn’t take the better part of a day is absolutely crucial to how you connect with them and, hopefully, turn them into customers. Leads Library is just one of many feature improvements we’re working on to make sure that Leadpages sets you up for long-term success.
