New Feature: Add Users to Your Account and Collaborate with Your Team on Leadpages

You read that right—you can now add additional users to your Leadpages account. So, why is this a big deal?

Simply put, it makes collaborating a lot easier. If you’re part of a team, work with clients, or outsource your web development then you’re probably not the only person that needs access to your Leadpages account. Wouldn’t it be easier if everyone had their own login?

But it’s not just about convenience—you also need to consider security. It’s not good practice for multiple people to have access to your account information. This is especially true when you’re dealing with outside contractors. So, if you want to protect yourself and your business, adding additional users to your account is a smart move.

What do I need additional users for?

Still wondering if you need to add more users to your account? Here are a few reasons to consider it:

Streamline team workflows

Maybe you’re a designer or developer on a marketing team who uses Leadpages to build landing pages for your company. Or perhaps you manage said team. Chances are, more than one person uses your account. Giving everyone their own login streamlines workflows and makes collaborating on projects easier.

Give contractors secure access

Sometimes in order to grow you need to outsource part or all of your marketing. If you use Leadpages to build your landing pages do you really want to give an outside partner your login? It’s not only easier to give contractors their own login to access the account, it’s also safer.

Share work with clients

If you’re creating landing pages and marketing assets for clients, chances are they’re going to want to keep tabs on your work. And once that work is complete they’ll probably want the ability to change the content as needed. Giving them their own access allows them to do this without you having to share your login information with them.

• Commenting: Leave comments right inside the builder on any page you’re working on. This is perfect for providing feedback to teammates or proposing new ideas or changes you’d like to see.
• Permissions: Control who can view, edit, and manage different aspects of your projects and account. For example, you might want to limit access for outside contractors to protect your privacy.
