We’re committed to giving you and your team all the tools you need to build high-converting campaigns, together. We recently announced that you can now add additional users to your Leadpages account—but that’s just the beginning. We have a host of features on the way that will make Leadpages a central hub for all your marketing collaboration. Which brings us to today’s announcement…

You can now leave comments to your teammates inside the Leadpages landing page builder.

As you’re building your landing pages you’ll see a comment icon at the top of your screen. Just click, drag, and drop that icon where you want to leave your comment to write and submit it. You can also mention any teammates within your account to get their attention.

This is going to completely change the way you use Leadpages

We’re turning Leadpages into more than just a landing page building. Moving forward, it’s a place to bring the whole team together, collaborate, and work more efficiently—and commenting is a big part of that. Now you can:

  • Centralize Feedback: No more switching between emails or external communication tools. All comments stay directly in the builder, making it easy to track feedback and revisions in one place.
  • Enjoy Real-Time Collaboration: Teams can collaborate in real-time, leaving notes for each other and making changes on the fly without any delays. This is especially helpful for time-sensitive campaigns where multiple approvals are required quickly.
  • Get Approvals Faster: With the ability to leave comments directly on elements like headlines or call-to-actions, you can streamline your approval processes. Feedback is clear and right where it’s needed, leading to quicker decision-making.
  • Reduce Miscommunication: When feedback is left inside the builder, there’s less room for misunderstandings. Team members can leave context-specific notes, helping avoid the confusion that often comes with scattered communication.

Get your whole team on the same page

Whether you work on a larger team, or outsource your landing pages to a third party, commenting keeps you connected to everyone involved in your project. Now you can easily leave comments and feedback for:

  • Your teammates: Are you on a marketing team that includes designers, copywriters, and marketing managers? Now, anyone who needs to review or approve landing pages can quickly leave feedback in real-time.
  • Contractors: If your business partners with freelancers or agencies for specific projects, commenting is going to make your life a lot easier. Forget communicating through long email chains or third-party tools. Now you can quickly comment on their work and make sure your contractors are staying on track.
  • Virtual assistants: Maybe you have a virtual assistant to help with your landing page creation. Commenting makes it easy for you to provide feedback on their work, ensuring every detail is reviewed and nothing is missed.

What’s next?

We’re not stopping with commenting. In the coming months will be adding the ability to set permissions within your account. This will include roles like admins, who will have access to all account information, and editors, who will only have access to the builder. These new roles will give teams more flexibility and control over who can edit, approve, and manage specific parts of the platform. Stay tuned!

Have you added users to your Leadpages account?

If you haven’t added additional users to your account, you’re definitely missing out. Click here to add users, start commenting, and collaborate like never before!
