How to Create a Brand Kit in Leadpages

Your landing pages, ads, and all other marketing assets should always look and sound like they come from the same business. Consistent colors, fonts, logos, and messaging help with brand recognition.

With Leadpages, you can build a brand kit directly from a page you've already created. Click one button, review the extracted assets, make any changes, and save. Then select that brand kit when using Piper to create your next landing page.

You'll always have the final say. Review everything before saving, from the colors and typography to the brand name, so you can correct anything the agent gets wrong.

How to build a brand kit in six easy steps

01: Start with a page that reflects your brand well

The walkthrough video uses a landing page for Canada Plumbing, with bold red accents, a dark background, and white text. The design gives the business a distinctive look that it can carry across future campaigns.

A brand kit captures those visual and messaging elements so you can reuse them instead of recreating your brand from scratch every time.

02: Open the Brand Kit panel

In the Leadpages builder, click Brand Kit in the bottom toolbar. The panel opens on the left and displays your saved brand kits. If you're creating one for a new business, you can start from here.

03: Click Build Brand Kit from current page

Select Build Brand Kit from current page to extract the brand elements from the page you're working on. Leadpages uses those details to create a brand kit you can review and customize.

04: Review the extracted brand elements

The Review extracted brand kit panel organizes the results into five categories:

  • Logos found on the page
  • Palette, split into Primary, Secondary, Accent, Text and Background
  • Typography for Heading, Body and Label
  • Images the page is already using
  • Voice & Tone, covering both tone and personality

For the Canada Plumbing page used in the video, the extracted voice emphasizes punchy sentences that get straight to the point. Review these details to make sure they reflect your brand accurately.

05: Make any corrections and save

Review the extracted details and make any changes before saving.

Pay particular attention to the name. The agent may suggest a name based on the page's content rather than your business name, which can make it easier to recognize later.

Analyze a page

Once everything looks right, save your brand kit. It's now ready to use when you create future pages with Piper.

06: Select your brand kit for your next page

From your dashboard, start a new landing page with Piper. Use the brand selector at the bottom of the prompt field to view your saved brand kits. Choose the one you want, and Piper can use its saved brand elements to guide the design and messaging of your new page.

Why we built brand kits

Creating marketing assets shouldn't mean starting from scratch every time or manually copying your brand colors, fonts, and messaging from one page to the next.

Brand kits give Piper a consistent starting point. Save your brand details once, then reuse them when creating new landing pages. It's a simpler way to keep your marketing consistent as your business grows.

What stays in your hands

Brand kits make it easier to keep your marketing consistent, but you stay in control of what gets saved and used.

  • What goes into the kit. Review and edit the extracted logos, colors, fonts, images, and voice details before saving.
  • The kit name. Check the suggested name and change it to something recognizable.
  • Which brand Piper uses. Select the brand kit you want when starting a new page.
  • Whether to use a brand kit. Choose None in the brand selector when you don't want to apply a saved brand kit.
